Christopher
L. Doster as Partner, has served
as a professional sales and marketing executive for 3
international
medical
device corporations since 1988. In 1999, he began promoting
products in the aesthetic industry, including equipment for
skin resurfacing, light based systems, and consumable cosmetics.
Chris created, branded, and marketed several topical product
lines based in his "secret" ingredient (Dromaius
Oil) including, Liquid Silk, Ume' Skin Care, and Transdermis
Scar Therapy™, which he sold into national pharmacies.
Partnering with physicians throughout the U.S., Chris was instrumental
in developing clinical trials and recruiting "product
champions" for his scar management brand. He has authored
articles in professional trade journals, including Plastic
Surgery Products, US Pharmacy Review, and OTC & Supplements
report. He has produced national marketing campaigns, from
traditional print media, TV and radio, to the latest in internet
marketing, content marketing and article marketing. His unique

Randy
Brown as Director of Sales, has been in sales for the past
30 years. Randy began his career in Chicago working as an account
manager for some of the top advertising agencies in Chicago
such as Kenyon & Eckhardt, Leo Burnett, and J.Walter Thompson.
His television management and broadcast sales also started
in Chicago working for WLS-TV and WMAQ-TV. He worked his way
up to management and in 1981 he moved to Dallas Texas to run
one of the largest sales divisions for the ABC owned and operated
stations, WFFA-TV. It wasn't soon after that when ABC wanted
Randy on the West Coast to run their sales division. Randy
returned to Chicago to be with his family in 1986 to run a
television sales representative company. In 1996 Randy headed
to Boise, Idaho to become the General Manager of the ABC affiliate.
Presently Randy is living in the Pacific Northwest consulting
with several marketing companies and also is running his own
marketing consulting firm and advertising agency. Randy's background
in sales has been challenged in every sense of the word and
his toughness and confidence makes him an asset to Digital
Response Marketing. His unique personality and people skills
are the best in the business of "closing the deal and

Erik
Ross as Director of Ecommerce, is responsible forthe planning
and execution of all of DRMG's B2B and B2C e-commerce strategies. Balancing
his creative and architectural sides serves him well in all
of our cross-functional projects and web related
projects. Erik also has brings a wealth of experience to his
position given his background in application development and
management, ERP implementation, change management,project management,
systems integration, infrastructure management and end-user
computing, as well as strategic business and technology consulting.
He is, in his words, "a lifelong learner of technology
and the application of technology strategy to business models".
He's worked with startups from the garage to
the global stage, and his
expertise lies in both translating and adapting technology
to augment, improve,

Sonny
Gill has over 8 years of experience in online marketing with
a focus in building
community-centric strategies. He's helped corporations expand
and reach their business initiatives, by building social media
strategies that have helped them better connect and communicate
with the communities wrapped around their brands. These strategies
have helped increase brand recognition and visibility while
building community advocates and brand champions. Sonny's
background also consists of designing and executing social
media marketing campaigns aimed at increasing community
growth and retention, as well as utilizing cutting edge analytics
and social media monitoring tools to capture consumer behavior,
brand effectiveness, user engagement and user opinion.From positions
as a community architect and marketing analyst to marketing coordinator,
Sonny's experience has been well utilized
with companies such as Cox Auto Trader, Landmark Hotel Group,

Shane
Sprecher's background in web enabled technologies has allowed
him to stay on the cutting edge of application development.
With almost 10 years of experience with COM, .Net, XML and
SQL programming, Shane has consulted for engineering, marketing
and telecommunication firms over the country including Emerson
Direct, Black Box Corporation, Verizon and LLI Technologies.
Shane’s experience ranges from e-commerce and billing
platforms to developing component based software to help
integrate diverse software platforms to work with one another.

Marc
Meyer is an advisor to DRMG.
He has
enjoyed tremendous success
as an executive with several high-technology companies over the
past 13 years, and comes from a long career as a technical advisor
to leading tech firms from the east coast. Since 1996 when
Marc started with one of the first internet business consulting
firms in Pittsburgh, PA, He has been showing companies “the
way” ever since. He’s held positions ranging from
the VP of Sales and Marketing for many dot com startups, Director
of E-commerce and Social Media for a direct response consumer
products company, to National Sales Manager for a software consulting
company.
Given this diverse background, Marc was the driving force in
leadership, guidance and vision to DRMG in the areas of digital
strategy, search
and social media, and thus continues to evangelizes heavily about
the social media boom sweeping
the tech sector and how to best leverage it. Most
recently he has co-founded the Twitter based chat hashtagsocialmedia.com
which pulls some of the webs best thinkers on social media in
to host a weekly twitter chat on the business of social media.
As well he launched one of the first Twitter based Town Hall
in Naples on the subject of Health Care. Some of his past and
present
